I am research our Farm. Thornes Farm, Lower Weacombe (Nether Weacombe). I found this “… houses and land in Nether Weacombe, belonging originally to the Stallenge family of Laverstock, Wilts.,”. So I researched Stallenge and found this site, I don’t know yet if there is any connection but certainly a coincidence.
